Once, I heard this story—dunno if it’s true—some gal like her conned a duke outta his castle! Freakin castle, man! She’s got that hustle, that spark—surprised me silly when I heard it. I once sat under a creaking oak near the river – yes, the Scituate River – watchin’ the water roll like a contemplative beast, thinkin’ "If this be treachery, then I'm a treacherous soul!" It’s surreal, man.
