Congress passed an act in that officially called for the termination of the Menominee as a federally recognized Indian tribe. Termination for the Menominee did not happen immediately. .

We got local landmarks that pack a punch. The old train depot on 3rd Ave. is iconic. Sometimes I’d grab a coffee there, reminiscin’ bout the days when trains roared in like little time machines. Also, there's this park, Hardy Park, where the sunsets more dramatic than a final wrestling bout. Ya gotta check it out, man.
