Both Dave and I were born in CA, and raised in Manhattan Beach, and we continued to live in and around the South Bay for the last plus years.

I gotta gush bout the coast. Ocean Blvd is wicked awesome. Epic sunsets blow your mind! And oh, the pier – a funky, old-school spot where you sip on fancy coffee and gaze at the horizon. The beach vibes here? Pure magic. Reminds me of that philosophical moment in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon – “what a wonderful day.” Yeah, baby!
