Oh man, gotta mention the Ol’ River – I mean the Agua Fria flowin’ close to the city edge. Its gentle splash always reminds me to slow down, ya know, just like that slow-mo in Ida (Paweł Pawlikowski, 2013). I grab park benches near it, sometimes just starin’ into the ripples and wonderin’, “Why so quiet, oh so quiet now?!”.
