Laveen schools are some of the worst for Arizona. Laveen continues to be a dangerous place; the crime simply persists in Laveen & this area is ripe for a housing market correction.

Laveen Blvd is where it all goes down. So many families, you know? On S. 59th Ave, you'll find quirky homes. I love checkin the local parks, like Laveen Park. Its trees make you feel calm and all, almost like findin hidden solace in a hectic world. Reminds me a bit of "The Gleaners and I" – like, there’s beauty in every corner, even among everyday clutter. That film, man, such realness.
