Last year, Kimberly was convicted of procuring another year-old girl to become a prostitute and was sentenced to 45 days in a group home. She ran away from the home, and was arrested .

I cackled year after year watching this city spin in irony. It’s like those characters in “Amour” – their joy masked in sadness.
