Incline-Village centre? Man, it's full of life. Families meet there; debates get wild; emotions spill over like a spilled bowl of ramen. I’ve seen people get mad, like, furious when traffic jams on Lake Tahoe Blvd cause delays—or when someone double parks (seriously, who does that?!). Happened once, and I had a mini heart flutter.
