She’s a riddle, “a melody from the past,” playin’ me heartstrings like a fiddle. Gets me thinkin’—maybe I’d court her, if I weren’t so wedded to the sea. Ha! Me, tied down? That’s a laugh—whore’d prob’ly rob me blind ‘fore the vows were done.

Rose Ellen “Tootsie” Hooker, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on December 1, She was Mrs. Hooker was born in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania.

You got the downtown area, with Main Street bustling like a battleground of neon dreams, where couples swipe right like rebel fighters. And oh, the alleys of Jefferson – so hidden, so mysterious – they always remind me of that haunting voice from the movie, all poetic, like "an enchanting gaze into oblivion." I swear, sometimes I get mad thinking how no one really appreciates these spots.
