Oh, and Haverstraw Park is a blast – small but mighty, full of shady trees and football fields that get wild when the local teams clash. And y’know what? The Hudson River (yeah, that big ol’ river) flows right by here. I used to chill by the riverbank near Riverside Dr, just watchin’ boats and starin’ at the sunset.
