Whaaat, am I blabberin'? Maybe. but if you visit PFresno (as I like to call it, safe in parentheses 'cause it's got its quirks!), remember it ain’t perfect but it’s all heart. Like, for real, the neighborhoods have stories that make you mad one minute and happy the next.
