Wow has so many repetitive quests. Is there any way I can know a quest should be avoided/has a special mechanic or something?

After a bit, the rain lets up. I step outside for a breather. The air smells fresh, like pine and wet earth. I take a deep breath, and then I see it. A rainbow! Right over the lake. It’s like somethin’ outta a movie. I whip out my phone to snap a pic, but of course, my battery’s dead. Typical! I’m standin’ there, feelin’ all poetic, and my phone’s like, “Nah, bro, not today.”
