Then, I hear this commotion behind me. I turn around, and there’s a bunch of kids playing on the beach. They’re splashing around, having a blast. I can’t help but smile. It’s moments like these that make Te Atatu Peninsula so special. The community vibe is just awesome. But then, one of the kids trips and falls right into the water. I’m laughing, but I feel bad too. Poor kid’s soaked!
