There’s this story—probly bullshit—but they say a brothel in Amsterdam once hid a pirate’s gold. Workers found it in the floorboards, split it, vanished. Love that chaos! Adds spice to the grind. Oh, and the smells—perfume, sweat, stale beer—hits ya like a brick. Surprised me how it’s kinda homey, y’know?
