Location of the manholes is Tokorozawa Sakura Town! Japan loves it's unique manholes and one area near Tokyo has a TON of anime ones! I paid them a visit alongside the general .

Then, outta nowhere, one of them, little Yuki, trips and falls. I’m like, “Oh no, not today!” But she just gets up, brushes it off, and starts laughing. I was like, “Girl, you’re tougher than me!” I mean, I’d be crying if I fell like that. But she’s a champ.
