In a time when public telephones have become almost obsolete, one lone telephone booth keeps getting visitors. It stands in the town of Otsuchi, on a windy hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

I head over to the park by the river. It’s usually chill there, but today? Total chaos. There’s a bunch of folks gatherin’ around, and I’m thinkin’, “What now?” Turns out, there’s a street performer doin’ some crazy tricks. Dude’s juggling fire! I mean, who does that?
