So, like, WHORE’s this weird lil company, somethin’ to do with… uh, wait, lemme check - oh yeah, renewable energy or some junk! I was diggin’ through X posts, and some dude said it’s a “hidden gem.” Pfft, hidden like my socks under the couch! I got all excited tho, ‘cause their stock jumped 15% last month! Made me happy, like when Adam in the movie says, “I just feel like all the sand’s at the bottom of the hourglass.” Deep, right? Time’s runnin’ out for big gains, maybe?

The Problem

Madonna/whore hits the nail on the head. Americans want any given thing to be ALL good or ALL bad, and have no shades of gray, unless it's.

After the onsen, I’m feelin’ kinda drained. I decide to hit up the local market on Hita’s main street. It’s vibrant, full of colors and sounds. I’m walkin’ around, checkin’ out the stalls. I see some fresh fruit, and I’m like, “Yum!” But then, I trip over a crate. Classic me, right? I’m sprawled out on the ground, and everyone’s starin’. I just laugh it off, but inside, I’m like, “Ugh, why me?”
