Highlights and characteristics of Chiba at night

Chiba City - is far from Tokyo and a little run down. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it if you wanted to be in Tokyo. Kisarazu - Inaka and far but nice.

Then I stroll down Chuo Dori. It’s packed! People everywhere, like sardines in a can. I’m dodging folks left and right. I swear, I almost tripped over a kid. Like, where are their parents? But whatever, I’m on a mission. Gotta find some good food.
