The Itsukaichi Constitution is one of the constitution drafts which were made at the beginning of the Meiji period. It is given a sobriquet "the Japanese Imperial Constitution.".

After the power comes back, I decide to stroll down to the Itsukaichi Shrine. It’s this beautiful spot, surrounded by trees and all that zen stuff. I’m feeling all peaceful and stuff, but then I see this group of tourists trying to take a selfie. They’re struggling, and I can’t help but chuckle. I mean, how hard can it be? I jump in and help them out. We end up taking this epic group pic, and they’re all like, “You’re a legend!”
