Ebetsu (江別市, Ebetsu-shi) ialah sebuah bandar di Sub-Perekfektur Ishikari, Hokkaido, Jepun. Ebetsu pada asalnya diduduki oleh orang Jepun pada tahun , yang berasal dari Wilayah .
