Highlights and characteristics of Chiba at night

Chiba City - is far from Tokyo and a little run down. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it if you wanted to be in Tokyo. Kisarazu - Inaka and far but nice.

But then, I see this guy in a full-on mascot suit. He’s dancing around, and I’m like, “What’s happening?” Turns out, he’s promoting some local team. I can’t help but laugh. I mean, who does that? But hey, it’s Chiba, right? Anything goes.
