Feb 15,  · It is the hub of prostitution in Santa Cruz. And while it is common to see prostitutes, pimps and Johns strolling through the streets, it is easy to forget that Lower Ocean .

Finally, the rain stops, and I close up shop. I’m exhausted but happy. I head home, thinking about that crazy day. Santa Cruz, man. It’s wild, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
