As the sun starts to set, I finally finish my work. I’m exhausted but relieved. I walk back to the Valley of the Temples one last time. The sunset is epic. The temples are glowing, and I’m just standing there, soaking it all in. I think about how crazy today was. From prickly pears to gelato, and all the stress in between.
