Orta Nova is a town and comune about kilometres from Foggia, in the region of Apulia, in southern Italy. It stretches to the southern part of the Tavoliere on the right bank of the river .

I hit up this little trattoria on Via Cavour. The pasta? To die for! I’m slurping it down, and the owner, Maria, comes over. She’s like, “You like it?” I’m like, “Lady, this is heaven!” She laughs and brings me a free dessert. I’m in love with Orta-Nova right now.
