After that chaos, I decide to take a walk. I stroll down Jalan Soekarno, and it’s beautiful. The trees are all green, and there’s this little market. I can’t resist. I grab some snacks—keripik, man! So crunchy! But then, I see this old lady selling flowers. She’s got this huge smile, and I’m like, “Aww, that’s sweet.” I buy a bunch, thinking I’ll impress someone later. Spoiler: I didn’t.
