I love taking strolls along the petite Seine du Coeur – (the river, not the heart…or maybe both? That’s what she said! LOL!). I was chattin’ with some locals near Parc de la Passion, where couples and singles meet, and I got one heck of a vibe – trust me, it’s like every whisper of wind tells a new love story.
