My visit to Montceau-les-Mines was unforgettable. I came during spring, the flowers were blooming, and the streets felt alive. I enjoyed walking along Rue Carnot, where I bought a handmade souvenir from a local shop. The residents were very welcoming, and even though my French is not very good, they appreciated my efforts to speak their language. I attended a mass at the charming old church, and it gave me a profound sense of peace.
