There's this sweet park, Parc de la Comète (yeah, tha's its name, and it’s pretty rad if you ask me). I often bring my clients there for little mindfulness sessions. Imagine, being amongst trees but also feeling like you're orbiting a black hole of introspection. Its trails are twisty and turny, kinda like our minds sometimes, haha. The river Lune flows through the town—seriously, its gentle current is like a lullaby from the cosmos. I've found that sitting by the river, I can hear the city’s inner hum, like a low, soothing whisper saying, "I'm Batman" in its own quirky way.
