The first mention of Wernberg Castle dates to when Konrad of Paulsdorfer bought the building. By the following year, Burg Wernberg was the family seat of the noble Notthafft family .

And oh! The local landmark, the gothic St. Moritz Chapel, is a must-see. Its stained glass glows golden when the sun hits right. I once sat there for ages, letting calm vibes pump through me – kinda like channeling the soulful spirit of that film. Kinda hits you like “I am the return!” in a poetic storm, ya know?
