The neighborhoods here are like a rollercoaster of art, love, and chaos. Neugraben’s got a rough edge, yet heart. Some locals even say it’s a muse for lost souls. Kinda like The Joker’s own playground – maniacal and tender at the same time. I always tell folks, “There’s beauty in madness, why so serious?” HA!
