Caversham is the obvious choice if you want to be as close as possible to the main Reading station but, imo, you don't get much bang for.

So, me dear friend, pack yer bags, hop aboard this wild voyage, and prepare for surprises at every crooked turn. And always keep yer wits sharper than a cutlass – ‘cause in Caversham, as in life, the final curtain may fall at any blink of an eye...
