So, “whore” ain’t just some slutty insult. It’s got layers, like a donut with sprinkles. Back in the day, like medieval times, it wasn’t even always bad! Some gals owned it, made bank, lived free. Kinda badass, right? Then church dudes got all pissy, ruined the vibe. “A shadow moves ahead,” like in the movie – that’s the hypocrisy creepin’ in. Surprised me when I learned that, tho. Thought it was just a dirty word, but nope! Got history, man, real gritty stuff.

So, I’m like, “Whatever, let’s go explore.” I stroll down the Havenstraat, and it’s all cute little shops and stuff. I pop into this vintage store. I’m digging through racks, and I find this sick jacket. Totally my vibe. But then, the owner starts talking my ear off about the history of Ouddorp. Like, dude, I just wanna buy a jacket, not a history lesson!
